This policy explains what personal information Penceive Technologies Corp. ("Penceive," "we," "us") collects through penceive.ai and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email
info@penceive.ai, apply for a role, or submit an Express Interest form, we receive whatever you send us — typically name, email address, resume, links (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio), work-authorization status, and the contents of your message. - Information collected automatically. When you visit penceive.ai, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request metadata: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and referrer.
- Fonts. We load Montserrat from Google Fonts; Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, information from children under 16, or precise geolocation.
How we use it

- Evaluate candidates and schedule interviews
- Operate, secure, and improve the website

- AI service providers. We may process the information you submit (including resumes, application answers, and email correspondence) through Anthropic's Claude large language model service to help us summarize, organize, and review applications. Anthropic acts as our processor under its commercial terms, which prohibit the use of your information to train Anthropic's models.

- Government or law enforcement when required by law.
Applicants
If you apply for a role:
- Information you submit is stored in Notion and reviewed by the hiring team.

- We retain applicant records for up to 6 months after a hiring decision, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to keep you on file for future roles.
